When You Wish Upon a Star

Dear Walt Disney,

I want to tell you thank you.
In a world full of darkness, you always give people hope.
Whether that be finding your true love, conquering evil,
or how much music can have an effect on someone.
"Sensationalism at it's greatest" as one of my good friends once said.
It's amazing how a Disney movie can make you cry, laugh, and wish.
I think that's the key, Walt, you teach people how to hope.
People who may not know God's love.
You teach them that yearning for something better.
To go the distance.
You give everyone that chance to become the prince or princess
they are inside.

Thank you for leading my childhood, being a comfort during my teens,
and a friend as I continue to grow older.
Thank you for giving us the second happiest place on earth.
Thank you.

Love,
a Princess

Meh I know this is sappy, but Disneyland is the one of the few places
where I can't help smiling.
There is a different kind of spirit in Disneyland.
People are kinder.
Walt Disney came to Temple Square once, and said he wanted to
imitate the feeling of peace and happiness he felt.
I think he caught it.

On another note, Thanksgiving was smashing.
I gained fifteen pounds, and slept a lot.
Also I saw the Muppets, and it made me cry.
